Hmm... what's the saturated fat/cholesterol like in that?
I'm asking because Dan has to watch those closely, and can't eat much cheese-- didn't know if this stuff would be any different? I've been buying him vegan "cheese" to help satisfy the craving, but it's expensive!

Oh, it's full-on full-fat cheese. It's not vegan, just vegetarian. But I like that just a couple of these little cubes satisfies my cheese cravings. Because they're really rich, and also strong-flavored. We really like the Sonoma Jack brand of cheese that's sold at grocery outlet.
